TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - INVENTARIOSTA

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the InventariosTA application, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the application.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
InventariosTA is a software tool for commercial and personal inventory management. The application works as a local interface that allows the user to organize data on their own device and synchronize it, if desired, with their own Google Drive account.
3. DATA OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY
- You are the Owner: All data (inventories, images, records) are the exclusive property of the user.
- No Developer Access: InventariosTA does not have its own servers to store your information. We do not have access to your files or the ability to view, modify, or recover your data.
- Backup Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for performing backups. The developer is not responsible for data loss due to:
- App uninstallation or cache clearing.
- Mobile device failure.
- Accidental deletion of files in Google Drive by the user.
- Factory reset of the phone.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (GOOGLE)
The application integrates Google LLC services (Google Sign-In, Google Drive API, AdMob). Use of these services is subject to Google's terms and conditions. Any synchronization failure, loss of account access, or errors in advertising is the responsibility of Google and the user.
5. FLEXIBLE USE AND OFFICIAL VERSIONS
- Personal Use: You are free to use the tool for your legitimate personal and commercial purposes.
- Disclaimer for Unofficial Versions: The developer only guarantees support and security for the version distributed through official channels (Google Play Store). The developer is not responsible for errors, security failures, or data loss derived from the use of modified versions or versions downloaded from external sources.
6. CONTRIBUTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS
Users can send suggestions or bug reports to the developer. By doing so, the user accepts that the developer can implement these ideas to improve the application globally without generating any type of compensation, shared ownership, or rights over the software.
7. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- "As-Is": The application is delivered "as is". We do not guarantee that the software will be compatible with all device models or Android versions indefinitely.
- No Liability for Lost Profits: Under no circumstances will the developer be liable for economic losses, business interruptions, or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the tool.
8. ADVERTISING AND CONSENT (UMP)
The application displays ads managed by Google. The user manages their consent regarding the use of their data for personalized advertising directly through the Google interface (UMP) that appears when starting the application.
9. GLOBAL COMPLIANCE
These terms are valid globally. The developer does not act as a "Data Fiduciaries" under laws such as GDPR or India's DPDPA, since the processing and storage of personal data occurs exclusively between the user and their Google account.
